2.1. District-Level Collaboration ● Participate in planning and coordination meetings with district leaders regularly (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). ● Co-plan and co-facilitate District PBIS/SEL Advisory group meetings to support visioning, long-term planning, and short-term measurable action planning. 2.2. School-Level Coordination and Support ● Meet quarterly with school principals to review progress and co-plan implementation efforts. ● Facilitate quarterly PBIS Tier 1 Team Lead collaboration meetings focused on shared learning, calibration, and problem-solving. ● Provide biweekly or monthly individualized coaching to each of the nine school-based PBIS Tier 1 Team Leads to support ISF integration, action planning, and use of fidelity tools (TFI 3.0). 2.3. Implementation Supports ● Conduct school-based walkthroughs using the TFI 3.0 Walkthrough Tool and Woonsocket’s MTSS classroom support framework. ● Co-facilitate school-based PBIS Tier 1 Team meetings, modeling effective facilitation strategies and supporting leadership development. ● Deliver classroom-based instructional coaching using Woonsocket’s integrated MTSS classroom framework, including co-coaching and peer coaching cycles. 2.4. Data Use and Action Planning ● Support implementation of two universal screeners (behavioral, SEL, and/or mental health), including data use training and team-based action planning. ● Provide training and support for use of the Connections Survey, including survey development, assessment preparation, facilitated data analysis, and action planning. 2.5. Additional and Flexible Services As needed and mutually agreed upon, the vendor may also provide: ● Formal professional development sessions ● 1:1 consultations ● Data analysis and visualization ● Walkthrough reports and/or data summaries ● Additional district-level technical assistance
