Monthly Consultations with Special Education Leadership ○ Consultation sessions with the Director and Assistant Director of Special Education ○ Purpose: Strategic planning, coordination of services, feedback sharing, and progress evaluation 2. Monthly Meetings with LEA Representatives ○ Meetings with focus alternating between elementary, middle, and high school representatives ○ Purpose: Case consultation, progress tracking, and systemic support for implementation 3. Monthly Collaboration with School Psychologists and Social Workers ○ Embedded coaching sessions, integrated into existing department meetings ○ Purpose: Guidance and troubleshooting around intervention frameworks and behavioral planning 4. On-Site “Office Hours” and Staff Check-ins ○ Approximately 72 school-based visits (8 visits per each of WED’s 10 schools) ○ Each visit includes: ■ Check-in with LEA and special education staff ■ 1-hour flexible “Office Hour” for consultation, review, and support 5. Flexible Coaching & Consultation Hours ○ Hours to be used for tailored support services, such as: ■ Document/procedure development or review ■ Observations and feedback ■ Data analysis or intervention design ■ Resource creation and/or refinement ■ Teacher coaching ■ Additional office hours or in-depth consultation with teams
