Specifications include, but are not limited to: Security Services. The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a term contract with a qualified security agency for unarmed security guard services for the campus of Blue Ridge Community College located in Weyers Cave, Virginia. The service is to be provided by uniformed members (guards) of a recognized licensed security agency, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”. Contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the area of unarmed security enforcement service. Blue Ridge Community College, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is hereinafter referred to as the “College”. These services will be performed at the College’s campuses located at Weyers Cave and Harrisonburg. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies required for the satisfactory performance in providing security surveillance and service for the College’s buildings, equipment, and grounds and to provide protection against breaches of the peace, disruptive activities, damage, vandalism, and loss from theft on campus as outlined below and in the Requirements and the College’s Post Orders
