Specifications include, but are not limited to: RIEDC is seeking a provider for the following:June 13-July 5, 2012: 24 hour perimeter security of America's Cup Village and Technical Area-located at Fort Adams State Park Newport, RIJune 26-July 1, 2012: 10:30am-6:30pm Roaming security of America's Cup Village and Technical-Area during event hoursCrowd Management: Access Control, ID checks and searches during event hours-June 23-24, 2012 and June 26- July 1, 2012: 10:30am-6:30pm Access Control of America's Cup-Village and Technical Area during event hoursControlling access to America's Cup Event Authority and America's Cup Race Management-facilitiesServices24 hour perimeter security 4 guards per eight hour shift-Access Control- 10 guards per eight hour shift (10:30am-6:30pm) daily during event deployed to-various locations within the event villageCrowd Management (managing crowd flows, managing anti-social behavior, monitoring for-injuries, monitoring for suspicious behavior)- 10 guards per eight hour shift (10:30am-6:30pm)daily during event deployed to various locations within the event villageSecurity personnel will work with RI State Police, RI Department of Environmental Management-Police and Newport PoliceCash in transit- there may be a requirement for cash in transit services-Executive Protection- there may be a requirement for executive protection-Any incidents of any kind, whether causing vehicular damage or bodily harm to security-personnel or attendees, are to be reported to RIEDC contact and the appropriate lawenforcement agency immediately.
