Moldboard must extend at least 12” out over the cutting edge. Moldboard must be brake formed to a series of panels to break up the snow as it rolls to the discharge end. Top edge to be channel formed. Eight (8) 3/8” thick plate ribs, welded to rear of moldboard. Bottom angle to be 6” x 4” x ½” thick gusseted with ½” plate steel punched on 12” hole centers and welded to the bottom of the ribs and the moldboard. Three (3) hinge points with a minimum 88” outside spread connecting moldboard to the push frame assembly. Cutting edge must be a ½” x 8” x 120” standard highway center punch. Curb shoes to be supplied as standard.
