Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement at Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center at Fishersville, Virginia. The project is generally described as the replacement of the retaining wall at the R.N. Anderson Vocational training Building #803. This project includes replacement of the existing masonry and concrete retaining wall, which separates the upper parking lot from the building basement access, and has deteriorated and become unsafe as evidenced by multiple cracks and lateral displacement. WWRC desires to replace the retaining wall, and the adjoining handicapped accessible ramp to restore safe basement access conditions for clients. The project also includes replacement of area lighting and a sidewalk de-icing system.
