Specifications include, but are not limited to: The area to be monitored by the security patrol comprises the reservoirs and surrounding land of the Pawtucket Water Supply Board. This property is bounded on the north by Burnt Swamp Road and Fales Road, on the east by North Attleboro Road, on the south by Nate Whipple Highway, and on the west by Diamond Hill Road (Route 114), in northern Cumberland and adjacent portions of North Attleboro. In addition, Robin Hollow Pond and Happy Hollow Pond in South Cumberland and the areas surrounding the Branch Street Pump Station, in Pawtucket, the old Water Purification Facility on Mill Street in (Valley Falls), Cumberland, Rhode Island, the Transmission and Distribution facility located at Grotto Ave. in Pawtucket and the finished Water Reservoir which is located in Lincoln, Rhode Island, shall be patrolled. This storage reservoir is located west of Smithfield Avenue at the end of Reservoir Road, which runs west from Smithfield Avenue. This area will be patrolled by entering the grounds and driving around the perimeter of the 10 million gallon steel storage tank. Patrol officers will be required to check on sites on foot when weather and road conditions warrant it. Under no circumstances shall the patrol vehicle leave a main, fire or access road.
