The Town of Richmond is seeking a General Contractor to relocate the existing front main entrance door at Town Hall, as shown on Exhibit A. The project includes relocating the existing electrical and security access of the main door. Procure and install handicap electric door openers with the required electrical. Relocate an existing window to the previous location of the door. Replace hardie board siding, trim, and insulation that match the exterior and interior of the building. Paint the door and areas of construction damaged during the relocation. The contractor will pull the permits; however, the Town will pay the appropriate fees. The contractor will maintain a neat area; however, the Town will provide the rubbish removal
