Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all labor, vehicles, materials, supplies and transportation necessary to collect and dispose (VMI will pay landfill fees) of refuse generated by VMI at the locations identified below. All refuse removed from VMI shall be disposed of in a State approved sanitary landfill. 1. Location: Barracks Manufacturer: Galbreath Model#: OSC2-2-34-2290 Volume: 34 cubic yards 2. Location: Crozet Hall Manufacturer: Galbreath Model#: OSC2-2-34-2290 Volume: 34 cubic yards Note: The above two units are owned by VMI. B. Container Collection Area: 1. The Contractor's staff shall keep the collection area(s) clear from any and all solid waste or spillage that may occur at the time of each pickup. 2. The contractor's staff shall be responsible for cleanup of any spillage or leakage on the property during the transporting of refuse away form collection areas. C. Refuse Collection Schedule: The VMI Physical Plant designee may suspend routine collection dates due to Holidays, furloughs,etc. Collection services can be performed any day of the week between the hours of 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM. unless a specific time is requested for additional pickups by Physical Plant designee. The Barracks unit may need additional pickups on or around these dates: 2006 - 2007 Parents Weekend 13 and 16 October 2006 End of Thanksgiving Furlough 29 November 2006 End of Christmas Furlough 11 January 2007 End of Spring Furlough 21 March 2007 End of Exams 11 May 2007 Graduation 14 and 17 May 2007 Matriculation 25 August 2007 Corps Returns 29 August 2007
