• The contractor shall perform a remodel on an existing office space at the 143rd Airlift Wing at Quonset Point Air National Guard. The space will accommodate ~ 400 square feet of secured space to be used by the Rhode Island Air National Guard and the University of Rhode Island where secret information can be displayed and worked on. • The contractor shall refer to the attached drawings and specifications. The contractor is responsible for performing all work outlined in this scope of work and the attached reference documents. Please note, there is an amendment to the drawings. This amendment adds an additional piece of furniture and a network jack. The contractor shall make note of this amendment and shall include it in the full drawing package for construction. • In addition to the structural and architectural remodel, work includes but not limited to; fire suppression, electrical and telecommunication upgrades, HVAC and lighting upgrades, and upgrades to our security intrusion detection system (IDS). • The contractor is responsible for providing furniture and GSA SIPR safes, as outlined in the drawings and specifications. This includes a conference table and chairs, five (5) workstations and chairs, two GSA safes, and a phone locker. The contractor shall refer to the drawings and specifications for details. • The contractor is also required to coordinate with Advantor to upgrade our proprietary security IDS.
