RI DLT is seeking solutions that include the following features but are not limited to them. • Browser-based and mobile-enabled solutions for Employer Tax, UI Benefits, and TDI/TCI benefits programs, including customization, configuration, testing, training, implementation, and support of these systems. • The solutions provide easily accessible customer portals across multiple devices and operating systems. • The solutions simplify process flows by minimizing manual work and providing information to employers and claimants through online self-service portals. • The solutions support single sign-on. • The solutions integrate with Salesforce for CRM capabilities and an industry leading IVR solution.
