The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering the following: A. Review and Assessment ● Review current plans and RIDE required next steps ● Evaluate intervention processes, fidelity of implementation, and outcomes ● Identify compliance gaps related to state and federal laws (e.g., ESSA, IDEA) B. Strategic Alignment and Framework Development ● Collaboratively revise the MTSS framework to align with best practices and regulatory requirements ● Recommend research-based interventions and progress monitoring tools for all tiers for middle and high school ● Develop a system-wide decision-making protocol based on data ● Assist with short-term and long-term vision setting and action planning ● Supporting the district MTSS team to develop a 25-26 annual action plan including measurable goals
