Specifications include, but are not limited to: Media Buyer. Purchase all media relating to DMV including but not limited to Virginia Highway Safety Office(VAHSO) programs. Provide consulting services to VAHSO regarding media services for all media purchases being made by DMV, VAHSO or VAHSO contractor. This will include, but is not limited to evaluations when another entity is actually making the media buy. Ensure that all purchases reach target audiences pre-determined by VAHSO Media Coordinator. All media entities and flight purchases must conform to specified demographic. Purchase media and provide consulting services in all Commonwealth of Virginia media markets. Markets must include, but are not exclusive to the Northern Neck, Eastern Shore, Hampton Roads, Richmond, Central Virginia, Roanoke, Southwest Virginia and Northern Virginia.
