The State of Rhode Island seeks to establish an open-enrollment list of qualified vendors to provide motor vehicle auto body repairs, including but not limited to accident-related damage, collision repairs, and other associated services necessary to maintain state-owned vehicles in safe and operational condition. State agencies operate a diverse fleet consisting of passenger vehicles, SUVs, trucks, and specialty units that may require timely and professional body repair services throughout the year. This RFQ is intended to ensure that agencies have access to reliable, certified auto body repair facilities capable of addressing routine and complex repair needs. Vendors added through this open-enrollment process will be eligible to receive task orders on an as-needed basis and must meet all requirements outlined in this solicitation, including licensing, insurance, and adherence to industry standards.
