Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services of the selected consultant will consist of the acquisition and relocation ofresidential and potential business properties. This program will be closely coordinatedwith RIAC in order to follow and maintain established program guidelines that complywith applicable FAA, state, and local laws and requirements in order to achieve thetimely acquisition of each property. The selected consultant must be experienced inacquiring residences/businesses under the Uniform Relocation Assistance Act.1. With RIAC's approval, the selected consultant may be assigned the responsibility forall or some of the following work:a) Attend public workshop meetings providing support to RIAC personnel, asnecessary.b) Provide responses to questions or issues raised during an FAA or other auditreview of acquisition and relocation services, payments and record-keepingassociated with this scope of work if required/as necessary.c) Prepare a written Relocation Plan in accordance with FAA Order 5100.37B.d) Develop and administer a Purchase Assurance Program in accordance with FAAregulations 49 CFR 24
