Purpose : The intent and purpose of this IFB is to establish a term contract with one qualified firm to provide Janitorial Services to the Virginia Employment Commission, an Agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. This IFB is being handled under the procedures established in Section B of the Commonwealth of Virginia Vendor's manual. II. scope OF WORK: A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies and material to clean the specified Virginia Employment Commission during the hours of 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, (work may be performed on weekends with the prior permission of the Contract Administrator) except for the following observed holidays: New Year's Day Columbus Day Lee, Jackson, King Day Veteran's Day George Washington's Day Thanksgiving Day Memorial Day Day After Thanksgiving Independence Day Christmas Day Labor Day
