Scope of Work The selected vendor will provide an end-to-end software solution as well as training to support Corporation staff in buildout, testing, and deployment of the six grant applications in the software, as well as ongoing technical support as needed. Specific tasks include: • Task 1: Grant portal set up: o Build out the grant applications into the software solution, supported by Corporation staff. o Upload and configure historical grant program data into the software solution. o Support continuity of operations for any grant programs that are active or accepting applications during implementation, minimizing disruption to applicants, reviewers, and Corporation staff. • Task 2: Train/Onboard Corporation staff on software utilization. • Task 3: Maintain Corporation software access and ensure software remains bug-free and accessible to Corporation and end users. • Task 4: Provide as-needed troubleshooting and technical assistance to Corporation staff for the duration of the agreement.
