A. Vendor shall support the Corporation administratively in their role as the grantee of FTZ 105 ASF, which includes the following: • Monitoring the Rhode Island FTZ 105 ASF designation at the Foreign-Trade Zones Board. This includes providing assistance in formulating responses to questions or concerns generated by the FTZ-Board staff, meeting management responsibilities, and supporting the preparation and filing annual reports. • Supporting ASF applications, including but not limited to Subzone, Usage Driven, or Magnet Site for zone designation and authorization. B. Vendor shall provide guidance to RI based companies seeking to complete ASF applications that are managed and coordinated through the Corporation as the Zone Grantee. Assistance shall include the following: • Generating and maintaining template applications for new companies interested in pursuing FTZ applications. • Assisting Rhode Island companies in evaluating the potential benefits of an FTZ based on a company's unique supply chain and operations. • Pre-application support to Rhode Island companies considering an application for an FTZ designation. • Conducting two (2) informational seminars for prospective Rhode Island FTZ users (seminars can be webinars or in-person).
