4. SCOPE OF WORK The Town intends to contract with the selected Design/Build team to complete the design and construction of a small plaza featuring a hardscape surface of approximately 460 square feet with three flagpoles, lighting (including wiring), landscaping, generally consistent with the layout depicted in Attachment 1. The project includes the following items: 1. Design Services: a. Completion of a final site plan with sufficient detail for construction, subject to Town approval. b. Topographical survey as needed. c. On-site layout of project, oversight of construction d. Completion of a final as-built plan 2. Construction: a. Site Clearing and Tree/Brush Removal and Grading b. Flagpoles (3), Furnished and Installed in Concrete Footing (20' finish height, Fiberglass Flagpole, Internal Halyard, 125mph wind rating, unflagged suitable for 3'x 5' flag) c. Stone retaining edge, 150 SFF (varying height) (Stone wall to match existing on‐site stonework at Civic Center Campus) d. Boston Brick Paver Patio Surfacing, 460 SF (Drylaid and jointed with polymetric sand) ▪ Alternate: replace the brick paver surface with a concrete pad (Standard Broom Finish Surface), 460 SF. e. New Shrub Plantings (16 total) f. Primary Flag Spotlights (LED, Brass Finish) (3 total) g. Electrical Wire and Conduit for Flag Spotlights, approximately 300 LF h. Restore Damaged Lawn, approximately 1,250 SF
