1. Install PVC baseboard 1” by 6” at base of walls except for kennel area with guillotine doors 2. Install and tape new sheet rock walls, and ceiling 3. Tape, patch and sand sheetrock walls and ceiling to prep for painting 4. Install cement board or Duro Rock wall board on lower portion of the kennel wall (with the guillotine doors), 4 feet from the floor to mid wall. 5. Finish cement board 6. Overlay cement board with embossed fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) wall panels using adhesive. 7. Dress seam edge at top of FRP panels with trim. 8. Caulk & paint baseboard 9. Seal walls and ceiling, 1 coat 10. Paint walls and ceiling, 2 coats 11. Installation of two (2) guillotine doors, each 3’ tall by 1.5’ wide on kennel side of room 12. Installation of one (1) pre-hung and framed interior door.
