A. Review information in Facility Condition Assessment dated December 15, 2024. (Attachment A) B. Review current regulations for an IDD residence. (Attachment B) C. Conduct field reconnaissance of facility. D. Develop existing conditions drawings of the property. AutoCAD drawings exist of the basement, first, second and third floor levels and will be available to the selected vendor . Drawings require verification and update as necessary. Prepare new existing conditions drawings for: site, roof level, all exterior elevations and typical building sections. (Attachment C) E. Provide code review for use as an IDD residence and outline any code variances. F. Provide Class I Site Surveys with property boundary, grades and contours at one (1) foot intervals. G. Environmental: Provide Phase I Environmental Assessment, asbestos and lead inspections, sampling, testing and reports. H. Evaluate utility infrastructure availability: electric, water, sewer, natural gas, and telecommunications.
