Vendor is responsible for repairing the blades on all three (3) wind turbines at the NBC wind farm and to perform the following repairs: Repair Turbine # Blade # Damage Severity Blade Damage A WTG-A Blade 1 3 TE Split @ 26.31 B WTG-A Blade 1 3 TE Split @ 33.35 C WTG-A Blade 2 4 LE Deep Erosion/Hole @ 38.42 2 D WTG-A Blade 3 3 TE Split @ 29.36 E WTG-B Blade 1 4 TE Split @ 31.00 F WTG-B Blade 2 3 TE Split @ 29.24 G WTG-B Blade 3 3 LE Erosion/Hole @ 38.19 H WTG-C Blade 3 4/3&3/3 LP Chips(2)/Cracks(2) @ 26.97 Vendor must repair all wind turbine blades in accordance with International Electro-technical Commission (IEC) 61400 series standards. A. Requirements 1. Any work requiring a license shall be performed under the applicable license, as required under local or state laws. 2. The vendor must furnish the necessary labor, materials, service equipment, tools, transportation, methods of communication and if required miscellaneous services. Tools and equipment shall include, but are not limited to brushes, rollers, sprayers, compressors, ladders, scaffolding, lifts, cables, harnesses, and other incidentals required for repairing wind turbine blades in a timely manner or as verbally directed by NBC Representative. 3. The vendor must furnish an adequate work force to complete each blade repair to the wind turbines as agreed upon with the NBC Representative.
