Task 1 Supporting OER on renewable energy, clean transportation, energy storage and energy efficiency work related to federal policies, state working groups and committees, legislation, tax policy, and program management support. Work products may include but are not limited to qualitative memos, benefit cost analyses, summaries and white papers on state energy programs, polices and legislation. (200 hours) Task 2 Facilitate and/or participate in stakeholder presentations related to renewable energy, clean transportation, energy efficiency, energy storage and other technologies, as needed. Presentations may be both in person and virtual. This may include deploying surveys, developing slides and presentations and travel to Rhode Island for in-person meetings. (100 hours) Task 3 Participate and/or represent OER in regulatory proceedings related to renewable energy, community solar, clean transportation, energy storage and energy efficiency work. This may include but is not limited to providing expert witness testimony, responding to data requests, attending PUC led meetings and travel to the Public Utility Commission in Warwick, RI for in person proceedings.
