Specifications include, but are not limited to:The South Kingstown Community Recreation Center is currently under construction with an anticipated date of completion in January 2017. The project plans call for a keyless entry system, electronic security, and exterior video surveillance. The selected vendor will work directly with the project’s general contractor to schedule and install the system at the appropriate time when other infrastructure work such as electrical and telcom wiring is taking place. Electronic Door Access Controls System should include a keyless entry solution that can securely control access which includes but is not limited to all hardware and software for a fully functional system that can be administered via a central location over the internet using an IP addressable system. In short this bid solicitation provides a basis of design with specific parameters required and expected by the Town; however the bidder is responsible for final design and system integration that meets the expectations required by the project. All final design solutions shall be approved by the Town
