The project encompasses a 133,000 square ft facility, occupying 50% of Barry Field, and includes academic spaces, staff areas, a music room, administrative sections, a medical suite, a media center, a cafeteria with a stage, a gym, restrooms, a kitchen, and back-of-house operations. Adhering to NE-CHPS Version 4.0 standards for sustainable and efficient design, with a budget of $69,750,000, we invite qualified contractors to submit bids that align with these specifications and standards.
