VENDOR must install any cement pads or connector walkways according to industry standards. Any pads or walkways that are required to be handicapped accessible must be installed according to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations and standards. VENDOR must secure bench to the cement pad to prevent movement, ensure stability, and prevent theft. All hardware used for securing a bench must be corrosion and weather resistant. VENDOR is responsible for removal and proper offsite disposal of bench and cement pad when applicable. In the event a new bench installation is designated by RIDEM to become ADA accessible, the VENDOR will be required to provide two separate quotes. One quote will be directed to the bench owner for the bench and will include the cement pad installation if applicable. The second quote will be directed to RIDEM for the installation of the accompanying ADA pad and connector walkway if required.
