Scope of Work: • Design 8 signs for approval by the State of Rhode before fabrication, attached is an example of the new sign installed to look similar and word doc attached to identify all of the 8 signs on Cap-Hill, once designed State needs to approve the design before signs go to fabrication. • Fabricate 8 signs to be installed on Capitol Hill to replace the old 8 signs on Capitol Hill including the removal and disposal of the 8 signs. Below illustrates existing signs and their locations. They are all in walking distance to each other on the same campus in and around 1 Capitol Hill. • Awarded vendor responsible for all necessary permitting needed to have signs installed by any building codes, and to be compliant with any local/state laws. • Removal of all 8 signs from existing areas and dispose of the old signs. • Vendor to install all the 8 signs on the Capitol Hill Campus without any interruption to the daily operations on Capitol Hill, awarded vendor will coordinate with the state when the best days/times for the installation. • Vendor is to leave the areas that were disturbed in the demolition/installation in a clean and back to normal area. Vendor will clean up area, and any disturbed or ruin grass area needs to be raked and broke to original state.
