Weekly cleanings shall include: 1. Empty waste baskets. 2. Clean stains on carpeted and resilient floors. 3. Vacuum hallways, meeting rooms, office areas, and stairways. 4. Clean and vacuum the elevator. 5. Cleaning of rubber in stairwells. 6. If required, align chairs in Town Council chambers, conference, and meeting rooms after cleaning. 7. Clean interior glass in partitions and doors. 8. Clean and sanitize the bathroom, including damp mopping of floors. 9. Dust council chambers, meeting rooms, and conference room furniture. 10. Dust mop resilient and hard floors and clean tile and linoleum floors in their entirety. 11. Vacuum thoroughly all areas, including all hallways, meeting rooms, office areas, stairways, offices, baseboards, window grills and under all desks 12. Dust all horizontal surfaces to hand height, including sills, ledges, moldings, picture frames, etc., and wash as needed. 13. Thoroughly wipe down and sanitize kitchen countertops, sink, and tables, and floor. Monthly cleanings shall include: (May be done on weekends after 4:30 p.m. or other times when areas are not scheduled for occupancy.) 1. Vacuum furniture. 2. Remove dust and cobwebs from accessible areas, including vents and light fixtures. 3. Wipe window blinds.
