Selected vendor(s) will provide services that may include, but are not limited to: 1. District Professional Learning Support ● Facilitation of professional learning sessions for: ○ Newly hired educators (“WED Essentials” sessions, New Hire PLCs) ○ Paraprofessionals (“Para Essentials” sessions) ○ Mentor educators (Mentor PLCs) ● Embedded support and flexible consultation for district instructional coaches. ● Sessions must be grounded in evidence-based frameworks including WED’s Model of Instruction, CASEL SEL, PBIS, Restorative Practices, and culturally responsive pedagogy. 2. District- and School-Based SEL/PBIS Support ● Consultation and embedded coaching to advance the district’s SEL Framework and SEL Action Plan. ● Support for school-based Tier 1/Universal SEL/PBIS teams, including coaching cycles, consultation, and substitute coverage to facilitate participation. 3. Elementary Tier 1 Professional Learning Community and Coaching ● Planning and facilitation of a “Tier 1 Practices” PLC for elementary educators. ● Follow-up coaching cycles aligned to PLC-identified practices. ● Substitute support for participating educators and peer visits.
