Ring Specifications o High-quality materials such as sterling silver, gold, brass, or other approved metals. o Customizable stone options. o Engraving of player names, numbers, year, and program-specific identifiers. o Manufacturer logo should be discreet and approved in advance. 3. Quantity o Estimated quantity: 120 rings (final quantity to be confirmed). o Pricing must include options for additional orders at the same rate for a period of 12 months. 4. Sizing o Vendor must provide an on-site or remote sizing process for all recipients. 5. Packaging o Each ring must include a presentation box engraved or printed with the university name and logo. 6. Delivery Timeline o Vendor must deliver final rings no later than March 15th, 2026. o Provide production and shipping schedules upon award. 7. Warranty o Rings must include a minimum manufacturer’s warranty covering defects, resizing, and stone replacement. 8. Vendor Qualifications o Proven experience producing championship rings for collegiate or professional athletic programs. o Ability to meet required timelines and quantity needs. o Provide at least three (3) references for similar projects completed within the last five years.
