Specifications include, but are not limited to: Herndon Municipal Center-Nightly cleaning services shall be provided two nights per week, Tuesday and Friday between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., with the exception of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. B.
