The Corporation seeks proposals to design and build a last-mile, End-to-End Fiber optic broadband infrastructure for as many of the proposed Project Areas described above and in Exhibit B as funding is available. As such, the Corporation seeks to engage with one or more selected Proposer(s) to deliver a network of End-to-End Fiber that improves speed, resilience, and latency of current lastmile networks for each of the three Project Areas. A Proposer may respond to any or all of the Project Areas, but the selected Proposer(s) must serve all BSLs within each Project Area for which they are selected. The Project must be designed to deliver, upon project completion, service that reliably meets or exceeds symmetrical download and upload speeds of 100 Mbps and latency of less than 100 Milliseconds.
