The website designer needs to meet several guidelines: - Fast-loading - Complete - Organizationally simple - Easy to update - Flexible over time - Easy to navigate - Each page should be straightforward - Each page easily identifiable as part of the site Any changes to this existing website should emphasize simplicity, ease of use and, above all, content. Any design changes must keep in mind the need to immediately take the user to the information they seek.
