Warren Housing Authority, Warren, Rhode Island hereinafter called the “Owner” or “WHA”, will receive sealed Proposals for “Air Conditioning Replacement” for Andreozzi Hall/Warren Senior Center, Warren, Rhode Island. Andreozzi Hall/Warren Senior Center is a multi-use facility used to host community events and activities. This proposal shall be for the replacement of the current air conditioning system. This solicitation is for the installation of an air conditioner and air handler for the Andreozzi Hall building. Only approved charges for parts and labor will be allowed. Charges for travel, mileage, portal to portal, and other miscellaneous charges will not be covered under the contract. The selected vendor must procure required permits from local agencies before starting work. The selected vendor must disconnect, remove and dispose of current equipment. The selected vendor must provide the HA with accurate contact information at all times. The selected vendor must have at least five (5) years’ experience in HVAC system installation and maintenance.
