Opportunities for Making Changes Without a Billing Vendor's Assistance Disseminate RFP to vendors through all appropriate channels Handle Vendor inquiries regarding the RFP and the lead point of contact Conduct pre-bid meetings Evaluate bids based on RFP criteria / Set up demonstrations of top qualified bidders Advise Providence Water on systems system integration. (Please note that any vendors involved in the project management of current integrations with Providence Water’s billing system are not eligible for this project)
