Trailer Frame and Build • Fabricate main trailer frame using 2” x 8” x 3/16” x 18’ steel rails • Install 2” x 3” x 1/8” steel cross members using MIG welding techniques • Overall trailer dimensions: 18’ long x 83” wide • Steel fenders (welded in place) • Tongue weight: approx. 200 lbs. • Black paint finish • Lockable hitch 2. Axle and Suspension • Tandem 3,000 lb. axles • Spring suspension system • Electric brake setup on both axles 3. Lighting and Electrical • Install clearance, brake, and tail signal lights per DOT requirements • Electrical setup should support night-time visibility and highway towing 4. Wheels and Tires • Tires: 205/75 R15 • White spoke wheels • Include rim-mounted spare tire 5. Vehicle Simulator Unit • Standard 4-door Ford Focus or similar vehicle (please include make, model and year in bid submission) installed securely on trailer • Functional steering wheel and safety belts • Manual roll-up windows, lockable doors • Exterior color: white or neutral, non-reflective color (e.g., gray, silver, black); OEM-grade glass • Seating for 5 occupants
