Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Pawtucket reserves the right to award to two (2) separate companies for the printing and graphic design services required to produce the 2015 City of Pawtucket calendars. Scope Detail Graphic Design The following services will be required for the design, layout and typesetting of the 2015 calendar. Scanning and preparation for printing 13 color photos (cost itemized separately on bid form*) Scanning and preparation for printing 1 to 4 color photos for cover (cost itemized separately on bid form*) Design, layout and typesetting of 28 pages which includes: Templates with events, holiday icons, etc., and a sponsor page Up to six on-site meetings may be required to review copy drafts. Proof the printed calendar pages to the drafts submitted by the City for accuracy. If the graphic design and printer are two (2) separate companies, the graphic design company, when finished with the layout and design of the calendar, will deliver it to the printer on disk in PM 6.5, PDF or Indesign2 format. * The City is attempting to have most, if not all photos supplied to the graphic design company in .PDF format.
