The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select an engineering firm to develop a design plan set and project specifications for the construction of a new boat ramp with pier improvement. The boat launch facility design must meet or exceed standards set forth by the States Organization for Boating Access (SOBA). The Town does not anticipate the need to include the parking area in this design.
