P22-003 - Management and Operation of the Portsmouth Glen Manor House

The Town is considering soliciting a vendor to provide operation and maintenance services in a management capacity that will provide continuing services consistent with the elements of the current contract.  Although the current contractor is an on-site resident manager, other management concepts will be considered so long as they provide adequate physical presence to ensure the continuous safety, security, and physical monitoring of the facility.
