Sealed Bids shall be received at the Finance Department, North Smithfield Town Hall
83 Greene Street, no later than: 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, for the “North Smithfield Elementary School New Generator Installation”

Sealed Bids shall be opened at the Finance Department, North Smithfield Town Hall
83 Greene Street, no later than: 1:00 PM on Thursday, November 2, 2023, project where they will be read aloud.

Bids received after the stipulated time shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
All Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Finance Director, North Smithfield Town Hall, 83 Greene Street, North Smithfield, RI 02896, and must be plainly marked in the lower left hand corner, “North Smithfield Elementary School New Generator
Installation”. Please provide two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy on USB with your submittal.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid on site conference is scheduled for Friday, October 20, 2023 @ 10:00 AM at North Smithfield Elementary School, 2214 Providence Pike, North Smithfield, RI 02896.
