The GoGuardian services that the North Kingstown School Department is interested in are GoGuardian Admin, GoGuardian Teacher, and GoGuardian Beacon.
At the time of this posting the North Kingstown School Department has approximately 3,800 students enrolled who will be using GoGuardian (final enrollment number will be provided at the time of purchase).

The North Kingstown School Department requests pricing for 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years of service. Please note that the 3 year and 5 year pricing should include yearly payment options for the duration of the term.

NKSD reserves the right to split the award of this RFP to multiple vendors if deemed in the best interest of the district.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The North Kingstown School Department (NKSD) is seeking qualified bids for GoGuardian Licensing. Qualified bidders will include firm quotations based on the specifications noted below. Requests for proposals and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the North Kingstown School Department Technology Office, 120 Fairway Drive, North Kingstown, RI 02852.

All proposals must be received by the school department in the Technology Office, 120 Fairway Drive, North Kingstown, RI 02852, or through BidNet Direct, no later than 1:00 pm on August 7, 2024. Physical proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with the name of the company submitting the proposal and the phrase identifying the bid item: NKSD FY25 GoGuardian RFP.

Proposals will be publicly opened and read at 1:00 pm on August 7, 2024, in the Information Technology Office, 120 Fairway Drive, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
