Middletown Public Schools intends to commission one firm to provide all hazardous
material services necessary for the development of plans and specifications for
the abatement of the existing school building, as required, through design and
construction. This firm will have the responsibility to provide these services through
its own firm’s capabilities and consultants as approved by the Owner. A cost
estimate to perform the abatement for each school is required.
