Sealed proposals will be received at the Finance Office, until 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 13, 2023, local time, for performing all work necessary and incidental to: CDBG Administrative Services in accordance with the proposal documents.
Proposals shall be delivered and addressed to the Town Finance Director, 350 East Main Rd, Middletown, RI 02842 and shall be labeled “MIDD-024-001 CDBG Administrative Services” by 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 13, 2023. They will be opened and names of the proposers will be read aloud at that time in the Town Council Chambers, Town Hall. Any Proposer who wishes his proposal to be considered is responsible for making certain that their proposal follows the form specified in the RFP instructions and is received in the Finance Office by the proper time.
