Description

It is the intent of the Cumberland School Department to authorize the selected materials testing and inspections firm to perform the special inspection services needed to produce material testing and analysis during the Construction phase as shown in Exhibit E and as outlined below:
Tentative Milestones for the Project are as follows:
1. Materials Testing and Inspections Firm Selection Anticipated to be 8/28/2025
2. Construction Phase 8/7/2025 – 12/31/2027
3. Occupancy / Move In 4/1/2027 – 8/31/2027
4. Closeout / Commissioning Phase 1/4/2027 – 3/30/2028
Project Delivery Method: For purposes of the proposal fee, all proposals shall assume a standard design project delivery method, bid to pre-qualified contractors, and then constructed through a Construction Manager with a GMP contract.
