· It is the intent of the Chariho Regional School District (the District) to procure a full service contract for the Annual Boiler Maintenance and Repairs and Service of Equipment described herein for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024, with the options of awarding the Boiler Preventative Maintenance bid for each of the two subsequent years, July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 and July 1, 2025 through June 30 2026, in order that the District may insure uninterrupted use of its equipment. Equipment must be inspected so they are in compliance with all applicable safety codes.
· The successful contractor will be responsible for providing the District with the following services: (1) Annual Maintenance; and (2) Emergency Services as described herein.
