This project is a renovation to the historic Walley School, located at 260 High Street, Bristol, RI 02809. The scope of work for this package will include the replacement of the roof including weatherproofing, flashing, and all roof sheathing. Replacement of the existing downspouts with copper downspouts to be provided. This building is a major contributor to a National Historic District and careful attention should be given to protecting and preserving all elements of this building according to the documents. Periodic reviews by HPHC and Local Historic will be performed. Please see the provided drawings and specifications for specific scope.
