This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912LR21R0037 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular 2005-95. The associated North American industrial classification system (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $35,000,000.00 dollars.
The response should provide detailed pricing. Refer to Pricing Schedule below as well as the RFQ notice attached PWS for more details.
1. Scope: Meals and meeting space for attendees and staff in support of two (2) Child & Youth Program Resiliency Training Event and Army Family Team Building ( AFTB) I Training of the Puerto Rico National Guard Soldiers and Family Readiness Program.
For Child & Youth Program Resiliency Training for Teens
The contractor shall provide one-(1) conference room for 20 attendees, one room/office for staff operation. One table and two chairs located at the front desk for the registration processing. The contractor shall provide 16 rooms for attendees. Each room shall have double occupancy. (2 beds) features. The contractor shall provide 4 rooms for staff. The staff will individually pay these additional rooms. Each room shall have double occupancy (2 beds) features. Food Service: The contractor shall provide one large banquet room for 26 attendees, near the conference area. The contractor shall provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner to attendees. As per technical exhibit #3. Parking: The contractor shall provide one parking per room.
For Army Family Team Building ( AFTB) I Training of the Puerto Rico National Guard Soldiers and Family Readiness Program (SFRP)
The contractor shall provide 25 rooms for attendees. Each room shall have double occupancy (2 beds) features. Food Service: The contractor shall provide one large banquet room for 25 attendees, near the conference area, shall provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner to attendees. The contractor shall provide one parking per room.
