The U.S. Government desires to procure the professional services to support Portable toilets, ADA Portable toilets and Hand wash stations including cleaning and pumping services to be performed in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. The opportunity on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this source sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside.

Size Standards: $9 million
Anticipated Contractor Requirements:
The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, labor, services, administration, facilities, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to provide adequate and safe restroom facilities, serviced on schedule and responsive to requests for servicing.
- Rental Service - Regular Portable toilets.
- Rental Service - ADA Portable toilets.
- Rental Service - Hand wash stations.
- Cleaning Services.
- Pumping Services (waste-water).
- Deliver and fill units with water.
- Hand Sanitizer and toilet paper (dispenser included).
- Delivery and Set-up of portable toilets/stations.
Anticipated Contractor Capabilities:
Emergency events due to Inclement Weather Situation.
- Contractor shall have the experience and capability to provide the necessary personnel, labor, services, administration, facilities, supplies, materials, and equipment in 48 hours from the time and date the requested call has been issued.
- Contractor shall have the experience and capability to provide services to remote site assigned.
