The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Buchanan has a requirement for the Puchase and Installation (including removing existing equipment and related electrical components) of one new 1,000kW generator with fuel thank EPA Rating Tier 2 , at Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico.
The intent of the Sources Sought is to identify any/all small businesses that can comply with the requirement and with the Non-manufacturer rule IAW 19.505(c).

Furnish and install one (1) new 4,000 gallons minimum double-wall base tank, UL 142 compliance. Contractor shall be responsible for the required diesel for testing/acceptance. Government will fill the tank eventually.
Furnish one (1) new NEMA 3R Enclosed Circuit Breaker (ECB), 1,600 amperes, 277/480 volts, 3 phase. Installation of this new breaker shall be in the existing main breaker enclosure located on drawings.
