The 201st Regional Training Institute (RTI) has a requirement to purchase meals in support of its Basic Leaders Course that will take place at Building 205 in Fort Allen, Juana Diaz, PR. The Course will start on October 27, 2021 and will end on November 18, 2021, during this period there will be three (3) daily meals scheduled. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial
items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. Attached is a written solicitation. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.
The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following:
1. Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.
2. The Product Service Code is 8940, Special Dietary Foods and Food Specialty Preparations.
3. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 722310 with a size standard of $45,000,000.
Offers must provide a unit price and extended price for CLIN 0001, CLIN 0002 and CLIN 0003 referenced in the “Supplies or Services and Prices.”
The breakfast needs to be deliver from October 28, 2021 to November 18, 2021 at 6:00 am, and lunch and dinner needs to be deliver from October 27, 2021 to November 17, 2021 at 11:30 am and 5:00 pm respectively. The meals must be in accordance with the 21 Days RTI Menu attached.
The performance of all the work has to be in accordance with (IAW) the attached Solicitation.
